Founded in the year 1928, WorldChefs is a network of chefs associations from around the world that has over a hundred official chefs associations as members representing over 10 million professional chefs worldwide. ICCA Dubai has been awarded the 'Recognition of Quality Culinary Education' by the WorldChefs. This award seeks to recognise training & education that meet and exceed the standards of education established by the WorldChefs.

Carpigiani Gelato University, Italy

Carpigiani Gelato University established in the year 2003, is today recognized as the most prestigious Gelato School in the World, teaching high quality, healthy & safe Artisan Gelato and renowned to produce a vast number of successful Gelato Entrepreneurs, the world over. The main School is based in Bologna, Italy and there are twelve other international campuses, one of which is ICCA - Carpigiani Gelato University, Dubai.

Associazione Pizzerie Italiane (API)

ICCA Dubai in collaboration with The Scuola Nazionale di Pizza, Italy, provides courses in Artisan Pizza production, in its state of the art training facility and is committed to the professional development of Authentic Traditional Italian Pizza production skills in the region. The Scuola Nazionale di Pizza a subsidiary of the Associazione Pizzerie Italiane (API), was established in the year 1992 by Master Pizza Maker Angelo Lezzi, First World Champion of 'Pizza in Pan' and the President of API.

Highfield Awarding Body, United Kingdom (UK)

Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), UK, is the fastest growing Awarding Body in the UK and is recognized by Ofqual, DCELLS, CCEA and SQA to award accredited Food Safety, Health and Safety, HACCP, First Aid, Licensing, Security, Fire Safety and Teaching qualifications in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. HABC qualifications have been developed specifically for insertion onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), the new framework for recognizing and accrediting qualifications in England, Wales and Northern Ireland with full support from the relevant Sector Skills Councils. All qualifications are therefore relevant and fully cognizant with industry and regulatory standards. ICCA Dubai in association with HABC delivers internationally recognized Food Safety programs.
