ICCA Dubai has entered into strategic partnerships with many world-leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), Suppliers and Training Resource Providers, to help provide the highest quality Industry Standard training and expose student chefs to latest technology and international operation trends.

Dubai Municipality

The Dubai Municipality in collaboration with ICCA Dubai conducts the 'Food & Nutrition in Schools in Dubai', an initiative by the Dubai Municipality for the school-going children, to curb obesity rate and help build a healthier generation. The events are held at ICCA Dubai, where the ICCA Chef Instructors helped the kids understand & learn the nutritional value of food combinations through a wide array of culinary creations made of healthy ingredients.

Electrolux

Electrolux Professional is a world leader in the production and distribution of the widest range of professional foodservice solutions and supplies to more than a third of star - winning restaurants the world over. It is also known for the highest R&D investment in this industry. Electrolux Professional views training as an investment in people and has entered into an exclusive strategic partnership with ICCA Dubai, to take industry centered training to the next level.

Dubai Health Authority (DHA)

As a part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, an initiative launched by HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council; the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and International Centre for Culinary Arts - ICCA Dubai works together to bring a series of hands-on culinary sessions to promote awareness of healthy cooking.

Associazione Pizzerie Italiane (API)

ICCA Dubai in collaboration with The Scuola Nazionale di Pizza, Italy, provides courses in Artisan Pizza production, in its state of the art training facility and is committed to the professional development of Authentic Traditional Italian Pizza production skills in the region. The Scuola Nazionale di Pizza a subsidiary of the Associazione Pizzerie Italiane (API), was established in the year 1992 by Master Pizza Maker Angelo Lezzi, First World Champion of 'Pizza in Pan' and the President of API.

Carpigiani Gelato University, Italy

Carpigiani Gelato University established in the year 2003, is today recognized as the most prestigious Gelato School in the World, teaching high quality, healthy & safe Artisan Gelato and renowned to produce a vast number of successful Gelato Entrepreneurs, the world over. The main School is based in Bologna, Italy and there are twelve other international campuses, one of which is ICCA - Carpigiani Gelato University, Dubai.

This is a joint initiative between Fatafeat and International Centre for Culinary Arts - ICCA Dubai, to deliver a new way of learning food – watch, enroll to learn and get certified. The said model is based on the innovative idea bringing together Television Media and online platform to effectively deliver certified culinary education accredited by City & Guilds, London.
